About the Experience
Spend five days cycling through rural Cambodia while learning how local communities are tackling poverty, education gaps, and environmental challenges. Based between Phnom Penh and Svay Rieng, students visit schools, farms, and village projects to see community development in action and understand life beyond the tourist trail.
Duration Options: 5-day cycling expedition or extended 2 to 8 weeks community placements.
Best Travel Time: May to October (dry season, ideal cycling and outdoor exploration weather).
Cycling through rural Svay Rieng: visit local farms, irrigation canals, and village enterprises.
School volunteering: run English and digital learning games with rural Cambodian students.
Work alongside local leaders on sustainable agriculture, clean water, and community resilience.
Learn about Cambodia's history and heritage through guided visits in Phnom Penh and provincial centers.
